About

BuyEco is a daily update on ideas and products in the intersection of eco, green, ethical and organic. Money can buy you a lot of things, but it can’t buy you coverage on BuyEco. All of our content is editorially based using the standard of “stuff we like.” and will continue to be the basis for our reviews.

Over the past few years, we’ve hearded more and more about how the earth is warming up, ice caps melting, holes in the ozone appearing, footbprints being left everywhere and the ever increasing mountains of rubbish we create on a daily basis.

I, for one, am fully aware of the problem but not sure of how I can change in order to do ‘my part’ in helping our poorly planet get better. We can all use composting bins and stop using plastic shopping bags, but there are a lot more options available to us in our every day lives that will help fight climate change too.

We all have ‘comfot’ factors to take in to consideration such as heating our homes, after all none of use want to be sat shivering on our sofa while watching Planet Earth. We want to be warm! But being warm doesn’t have to be as damaging, or expensive, as it currently is!

BuyEco.co.uk was created with the intention of educating others and myself, as to the many different ways we can help. The site lists items that can be bought or articles that will either educate you, in turn helping the planet get back on its feet.

Whilst going green, becoming more eco-friendly or by switching to more organic and ethical ways of shopping we can all save money at the same time!

Going Green doesn’t have to be expensive!
